I was just cleaning out my inbox and found your email. We could not have been happier with your limo service. Dave was prompt and very courteous. The bus itself was a huge hit. Several members of the bridal party said the time in your party bus was the most fun part of our wedding day. How much do we love our customers? We have bee known to go the extra mile and give our customer surprises on their special day.
What issue did our customer have?
Hi Allen, sorry I keep changing things. We have to be at the church at 3 instead of 4 but we really can’t afford any more money. So, we don’t need the limo to pick us up in Algonquin. First pick up will be at 4:30 at the church after the ceremony. Then if the weather is nice we may stop for additional pictures but other than that we will just need to be taken to Astoria Banquets. We need to be there by 6:30 but we will probably be much earlier. Let me know if this makes sense to you.

Hello Katie, I am sorry to inform you that can I let you guys drive to the church on your own. I just won’t have it.
I’d like for you to please plan you special day as needed. Im not here to charge you anything more than we agreed on. Your paid in full!
So, with that said, what does your special day look like? Where do we need to pick you guys up at and at what time? 1pm? 2pm? Algonquin? Wisconsin?
You tell me… the limo had nothing else planned for that morning so you tell what time you need the driver and where he is to pick you guys up at. You are paid in full no matter what time you want to start.
Just please spread the word about us to your friends.

I can’t see your future husband driving to the church without his buddies with him. I been married before and that part of the fun of it. I’ll remove the cost for that hour from the contract but you guys are still getting the bus and ride to the church from me. On me! If you want we can pick them up at 11:30 or 11:45 and we’ll still be safe.
